Signing of audit contract for Financial statements 2024
Dear valued Shareholders,
Pursuant to the Resolution of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting 2024 no. 01/ĐHĐCĐ2024/NQ dated 24/04/2024 and the BOD’s Resolution no.005/2024/HĐQT/NQ dated 15/07/2024, BOD decided to choose the Ernst and Young Vietnam Ltd as the independent audit firm for the consolidated and separated financial statements 2024. Therefore, today, 19th July 2024, Everpia has signed the audit service contract with Ernst & Young Vietnam – Hanoi Branch.
