Notice of signing loan agreement with Vietcombank.
Dear Shareholders,
Today, November 7, 2022, Everpia Joint Stock Company has successfully signed a contract loans with Vietcombank. Details are as follows:
- Loan value: 220,000,000,000 VND (Two hundred and twenty billion VND) equivalent to 16% of the Company's total assets
- Loan method: Installment loan
- Loan interest rate: During the first year: fixed loan interest rate from the first disbursement date of the Bank in each period. After that: lending interest rate = base interest rate +2.5%. Base interest rate: interest rate ceiling of the Bank for personal savings deposits with a term of 12 months in each period)
- Loan term: 84 months from the date of first loan disbursement
- Purpose: Invest in Giang Dien factory, Expand business activities
