Pursuant to GSM’s Resolution 2016 no. 01/ĐHĐCĐ2016/NQ on Apr. 15th, 2016 about profit distribution plan 2015 by stock divident at rate 50% (per 10 shares in hold, a shareholder can receive 5 new shares), the Company has implemented procedure for issuing stock to pay stock dividend in 2015. However, the content on this GSM Resolution was still vague and did not provide sufficient information as it should. Hence, the BOM has decided to hold a Special GSM in particular time and place as shown:
- Exercise rate: 1:1 (1 share – 1 voting right)- Meeting time: 24th Jun 2016
