If the linear economy works like a flow, constantly creating products resources and discarding, the circular economy works on the principles of turning waste output back into input materials for production.
Building and developing a circular economy in association with sustainable development orientation is important because the circular economy adds value to the company, reduces resource depletion, and minimizes environmental pollution.
We have been on the way to transitioning from a linear “take – make – waste” economy to a circular economy with a closed cycle to minimize negative impacts on the environment and pursue economic potential. We choose the 3R model to build and develop a circular economy:
The change in awareness and improvement in the production cycle will reduce the amount of waste generated into the environment. Initiatives through the Factory Innovation Program help reduce waste in the production process
Reuse a product or part of a product many times for the same or other functions until the end of its life. The first Reuse program we built was called “Give Pillows, Send Love”. In December 2021, our Everon brand cooperates with Animal Rescue organizations in 03 cities of Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City to implement this project. Every unused pillow of consumers nationwide will be collected by Everon and sent to rescue centers to be reused as a mattress or carpet for dogs and cats. This reflects not just Everpia’s enthusiasm in particular but also of the community in general in raising awareness about animal welfare and contributing to environmental protection.
Recycling is the process of turning used waste and scrap into useful new products for users. This is a way to reduce waste, conserve resources and reduce greenhouse gas emissions into the environment. We recycle at the input and output stages of the production cycle.
We are committed to continuing to develop comprehensive programs and policies so that by 2025, 100% of used consumers' products will be recycled and reused.
