Amendment in Corporate Governance Report for 1H2023
Dear valued shareholders,
On July 28, 2023, Everpia disclosed the report no.28072023-01TB/EVPL on Corporate governance for the 1H2023 in accordance with regulations. After carefully reviewing the report, Everpia found some mistake that need to be corrected and supplemented to ensure that the report is more accurate and complete.
