On August 22, 2022, the Company disclosed the Annoucement No. 22082022-01TB/EVPL on the use of treasury shares to sell to employees in the company. Accordingly, the expected date of money and shares transfer is August and September 2022.
Based on the progress of money transfer as well as to quickly complete the shares transfer from treasury shares to each employee's account in the approved list, the Board of Directors decided to issue the Annoucement No. 01TB/EVPL dated August 25, 2022 to replace the Annoucement No. 22082022-01TB/EVPL dated August 22, 2022 on the use of treasury shares to sell to employees in the company.
