BOD resolution about increase investment capital for Dong Nai factory
Dear valued Shareholders,
Everpia JSC would like to inform you about the BOD resolution about increase investment capital for project in Dong Nai. Therefore, the investment capital for project in Dong Nai wil be increased from VND 107bil. to VND150bil. This adjustment is suitable to the current scale of the factory in Dong Nai after receiving the whole project of manufacturing towel and fabric used for sewing towel from the Affiliated company - Texpia.
