BOD resolution on repurchasing shares

In order to keep stock price stable and further enhance value for shareholders, the Board of Directors of Everpia JSC has decided to buy 1.500.000 shares as treasury shares, details as per the attached BOD Resolution no. 012/2018/HĐQT/NQ dated 31st Oct 2018.
