Everpia appoints new Independent BOD member

Dear valued shareholders,

Based on Resolution of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting no. 01/ĐHĐCĐ2024/NQ, Everpia JSC respectfully announces that Mr. Yi Seung Mok has been appointed as an independent member of the Board of Directors, term 2022 - 2026.

Currently, Mr. Yi Seung Mok is the CEO of Advance Vina Company. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Han Yang Business School and has 30 years of experience in Marketing and Communication. In his career, Mr. Yi has assumed various leadership positions, such as CEO in Shoplinker G&C - an Online shopping mall solution provider, General Vice President in Galaxia GM and many others. His exceptional professional expertise and experience in Marketing will greatly contribute to the strategic decision-making and the future development of Everpia.
