Notice of receiving the Enterprise Registration Certificate of Everpia’s Branch in Dong Nai
Dear valued shareholders,
Implementing Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 009/2023/HĐQT/NQ dated 04/10/2023 on changing the location of the branch in Dong Nai, Everpia has completed all procedures to update the new address on the Enterprise Registration Certificate of this branch. Today, 16/11/2023, the Company received the Enterprise Registration Certificate of the Branch of Everpia JSC, third registration for change dated 08/11/2023, issued by the Dong Nai Authority for Planning and Investment.
