Report the results of using treasury shares to sell to employees in the company

Everpia Joint Stock Company would like to report the results of using treasury shares to sell to employees in the company as follows:
1. Number of shares distributed: 888,184 shares, corresponding to 100% of the shares expected to be issued
2. Number of employees distributed: 54 people
3. Total number of shares after the issuance (September 20, 2022): 41,979,773 shares, of which:
- Number of outstanding shares: 41,979,773 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 0 shares
