Resignation of BOD member - Mr. Park Sung Jin
Dear valued shareholders,
On 10th Mar. 2023, Everpia JSC received the Resignation letter of BOD member – Mr. Park Sung Jin due to personal health reason since 10th Mar. 2023.
According to Clause 6, Article 24 Company charter: “6. The member of the Board of Directors is removed in case that member sent written resignation to the company head office.” Thereby, Mr. Park Sung Jin has no longer been BOD member of Everpia since 10th Mar. 2023.
The resignation of Mr. Park Sung Jin will be reported for approval at ASM 2023.
