Resignation of BOD member - Ms. Le Thi Thu Hien
Dear valued shareholders,
On 30th Mar. 2021, Everpia JSC received the Resignation letter of BOD member – Ms. Le Thi Thu Hien due to personal reason since 30th Mar. 2021.
According to Clause 6, Article 24 Company charter: “6. The member of the Board of Directors is removed in case that member sent written resignation to the company head office.” Thereby, Ms. Le Thi Thu Hien has no longer been BOD member of Everpia since 30th Mar. 2021.
The resignation of Ms. Le Thi Thu Hien will be reported for approval at ASM 2021.
