Resolution of BOD on changing, appointing personnels of Internal Audit team
Dear valued Shareholders,
According to BOD’s resolution no. 008/2023/HĐQT/NQ dated 29/09/2023, the BOD established the Internal Audit team and appointed Ms. Le Thi Thu Van to hold the position of Leader of the Internal Audit team. On 1st July 2024, Ms. Van stopped working at Everpia according to retirement decision No. 01/QD-EVER dated 16/05/2024, therefore, it is necessary to appoint replacement personnel.
Based on professional qualifications and experience, the Company proposes to appoint Ms. Mai Thu Van to the Internal Audit team. Ms. Mai Thu Van fully meets the standards of an internal audit professional, pursuant to the provisions of Article 11, Decree No. 05/2019/ND-CP dated 22/01/2019 on the standards of internal auditor. Therefore, Ms. Van is the most suitable candidate to fill the vacant position in the Internal Audit team.
Accordingly, the BOD approved to change and appoint the personnels in the Internal Audit team, details as in the attached file (download)
