Resolution of BOD meeting in choosing audit firm for the Financial Statements in 2020

Dear valued shareholders,

Pursuant to the Resolution of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting 2020 and actual performance of audit companies in the past years, BOD decides to choose the Ernst and Young Vietnam Ltd as the independent audit firm for the separate and consolidated financial statements in 2020, including interim report and year-end report.
