Resolution of BOD regarding the appointment of the Person in charge of Corporate Governance
Dear valued shareholders,
Pursuant to the regulations on the Person in charge of Corporate Governance under Decree 71/2017/NĐ-CP, Company charter and Internal regulations on Corporate Governance of Everpia JSC, on 11th Oct. 2019, Board of Directors has issued the Resolution no. 009/2019/HĐQT/NQ to appoint Ms. Dinh Thi Thanh Nhan - Planning Manager as the Person in charge of Corporate Governance since 11th Oct. 2019.
