Resolution of BOD's meeting on changing the location of Dong Nai branch
Dear valued shareholders,
The lease contract for the use of land and infrastructure at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park no. 82/HDTD/BH1 signed on July 9th 2012 between Sonadezi Corpoaration and Everpia JSC Dong Nai branch could not be extended due to the plan to convert the Bien Hoa 1 IP into the Bien Hoa 1 urban, commercial, and service area. Therefore, Everpia has constructed and put into operation a replacement factory in Giang Dien Industrial Park since July 7th 2023.
Until now, the transition between these two factories has been officially completed. The Board of Directors held a meeting and decided to cease all activities at the Bien Hoa 1 factory. The adress of the Dong Nai Branch is also changed to the new address in Giang Dien Industrial Park - Lot 16, Road 10 & 12, Giang Dien IP, Tam Phuoc District, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai province.
Everpia will complete the necessary legal procedures with the relevant authorities to officially close the operations at the Bien Hoa 1 factory.
