Selection of audit firm for Financial Statements 2021

Pursuant to the Resolution of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting 2021 and actual performance of audit companies in the past years, BOD decides to choose the Ernst and Young Vietnam Ltd as the independent audit firm for the separate and consolidated financial statements in 2021, including interim report and year-end report. Accordingly, on 29th Jun 2021, Evepia has signed the audit service contract with Ernst & Young Vietnam – Hanoi branch.
