Signing of audit service contract for Financial Statements in 2020
Dear valued shareholders,
Pursuant to the BOD Resolution no. 006/2020/HĐQT/NQ dated 01st Jun 2020 on choosing the independent audit firm for the financial statements in 2020, on 22nd Jun 2020, Board of Management has conducted the contract signing with Ernst & Young Vietnam – Hanoi branch. Accordingly, Ernst & Young has been assigned the following work:
- Review the separate/consolidated interim report ended at 30th Jun 2020;

Audit the separate/consolidated report ended at 31st Dec 2020.
