Everpia held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new factory in Dong Nai

Yesterday, August 16, 2022, Everpia Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony to start the construction of a new factory at Lot 16, Streets 10 and 12, Giang Dien Industrial Park, Giang Dien Commune, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai. Giang Dien factory was built to replace the current factory in Bien Hoa Industrial Park according to the decision to relocate and convert the land-use purpose of Bien Hoa Industrial Park of the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province.

Everpia Giang Dien factory has an area of 28,956m2, with a total investment capital of 300 billion VND. Everpia will improve the performance of factories through the specializing orientation in production for each factory. Accordingly, the Giang Dien factory is designed with the focus on becoming a factory producing Spring mattresses, Padding, and Cleaner. Right when the Giang Dien factory comes into operation, the Hung Yen factory will focus on producing the cover/insert of bedding products and PE mattresses. Hanoi factory specializes in padding and quilting.

Taking advantage of a simple design approach to promote the overall sustainability of the project, Everpia Giang Dien factory is oriented to achieve EDGE Advance green building certification right at the design stage to bring maximum efficiency for the factory on three criteria that have a great impact onthe environment, including energy,water and building materials. On August 1, 2022, Everpia received the EDGE Advance green building design certification. According to the detailed assessment report, the saving efficiency is 44% energy, 23% water, and 26% materials for complex factories, 54% energy, 25% water, and 29% materials for P/D factories compared to the original design.
