Notification of establishing a subsidiary company in Korea

Everpia JSC would like to notice Shareholders about the establishment of subsidiary company in Korea.

After reseaching, considering and discussion, Everpia JSC has proposed the implementation of establishing a subsidiary company in Korea, based on the ability and need of the company for a subsidiary as well such favorable conditions for Vietnam-Korea commercial business acitivities in the future in general.

In recent year, Im-Export activities as well general trading activities between Everpia JSC and foreign partners, especially Korea, have been highly focused and increased. Bedding & Padding export orders to Korea are strongly pushed. Exporting activity to Korea always remains half of our total Export revenue. (Bedding: 51.52% ; Padding: 82.33%)

Besides, more than 70% machines, equipments and input materials for production activity of Everpia is bought from Korea.

That is to say, in order to help the company be more active, professional and effective in approaching big potential customers in Korea; as well to enhance company revenue, the Company decided to establish a subsidiary in Korea the upcoming time.
