Update on the construction status of Giang Dien Factory
After 03 months of construction, Everpia's new factory in Giang Dien Industrial Park is on schedule. The project is expected to complete the civil work before the Lunar New Year.
Up to November 15, 2022, the 9,500m2 complex factory area (Spring Mattresses and Cleaner production factory) has completed the first floor, and prepared for the 2nd-floor construction.
The padding factory is 5,400 wide, and 11m high, has completed the framing phase, and soon complete and install the solar power system. Correspondingly, auxiliary works and public utilities are also built at the same time.
Previously, at the Vietnam Green Building Week 2022 organized by the Ministry of Construction in collaboration with IFC International Finance Company, the Giang Dien factory project was awarded the EDGE green building certificate. A ‘green’ building is a building that its design, construction, or operation reduces or eliminates negative impacts and creates positive impacts on the climate and the natural environment. Basically, a green building meets all the factors of economical use, energy efficiency, resource-saving, environmental protection, greenhouse gas emission reduction, and ensuring the comfort and health of people.
Compared to the normal factory standard, Everpia Giang Dien stands out with a high level of energy efficiency thanks to the installation of wall panels with XPS insulation as well as fiberglass insulation for the roof panels with a solar battery system, and the use of energy-saving LED lights. In addition, low-flow sanitary ware also helps to reduce water consumption. The official website of EDGE has posted information about the Giang Dien project as a typical green building project of the 2021 EDGE APP (edgebuildings.com)
The Giang Dien factory project indicates Everpia's constant efforts in the process of creating sustainable values.
