Report on the 4th transaction results in shares of Labor Union

Regarding Labor Union of Everpia JSC buying back ESOP shares from a former employee who terminated the labor contract:
After receiving approval from the Viet Nam securities depository and clearing corproration (VSDC) regarding the transfer of ownership outside trading system of the Stock Exchange, the transaction to buy back ESOP shares was performed on 13th May 2024.
