Report on transaction results and Notice of transaction in shares of Labor Union
Dear Shareholders,
Following the approval of the State Securities Commission to transfer ownership of ESOP shares repurchased by the Company's Labor Union from employees whose labor contracts have terminated, Company submitted the necessary documents to the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) to proceed with the ownership transfer. However, the procedure for approval to transfer ownership through VSDC took longer than expected, hence, the transaction in ESOP shares hasn't been implemented.
